Monitoring progress in student learning and school improvement:

In 2009, we decided that we need to be able to find out how we are doing in our courses.  I found Survey Monkey and created a Loyola School Account.

Since then we have been surveying our whole population at least 2 times/year with separate surveys for in-class and online courses.  We have co-created our surveys and change them as we change our practices.

We are able to filter for each site or teacher and find out patterns and trends.  Our School Improvement Plan includes being responsive to survey results and suggestions.
